The hotel had indeed a great location in the middle of jackson. The food was delicious with plenty of options.

I spent a fantastic time here, couldn't recommend more to anyone. the property was fairly clean and staff was helpful and welcoming. - the food was appetizing, with a lot of options. - I was offered a room with particularly good views of the mountain.

Breakfast facilities are available, with options to dine out as well.

Parking can be a challenge due to a difficult, to, access outdoor lot.

This hotel offered us an unforgettable experience with luxurious amenities that went beyond our expectations. the Spa center was top, notch with professional massage treatments, including full body, foot and head massages. the restaurant served exquisite dishes with high, quality ingredients that satisfied our palates.

Despite the outstanding service offered by the staff, there was no live entertainment available during our visit.

The bed at Toscana Piazza was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning. The staff, especially Ms Ho at reception, were extremely helpful and accommodating. I also loved that there was plenty of drinking water and a Nespresso machine in the room. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the great view from the hotel and the spacious rooms. In addition, the helpful reception staff made our stay even better. We also appreciated the provided Nespresso machine and abundant drinking water. Finally, this hotel scored high in transportation and location in the valley.

The hotel was a superb base for visiting major attractions in Mu Si. the large rooms were equipped with a shower, a hairdryer, and terry robes, which was a great advantage. the hotel's location in the middle of Jackson was particularly good.

During my Easter stay at the hotel, I enjoyed the breathtaking panoramic views from my spacious room. the comfortable bed and great coffee were a plus. I also appreciated the shuttle service to the nearby attractions and the free drinks in the mini, bar.

The parking lot was outdoor and on a slope, making it difficult to park the car and carry the luggage to the lobby by ourselves. the staff was not very helpful or well, trained, with no assistance offered to load or unload our luggage.

The view was stunning and the coffee was really good. The added bonus of a shuttle service in the valley was very helpful and made exploring the area much easier. Plus, the shower gel provided was great!

Staff were not well-trained or very helpful, and the room had a bad smell that may have come from the water pipe. the in-room dining came from restaurants located far away and the food took an hour to arrive, making it cold by the time it got to us.
